Monitoring, Viewing, and Updating Training

Once Training(s) have been created (Please see the article on How to Create Training), they can be opened for additional Monitoring and Management capabilities.

 


Selecting VIEW on the tile will change the page to the following view:


From here, Officers/Admins can review the Summary tab, Review and/or Edit Enrollment Criteria, and change Settings.


  1. Summary - The Summary Tab (see above screenshot) is the default displayed tab and will display all of the Training Courses and their current progress status. There is no interactive functionality here other than having a Graph/Visual perspective.
  2. Enrollments - The Enrollments Tab will display all of the current Employees assigned to the Training and its Courses
    • Employees will be listed and searchable from this area
    • Selecting Enrollment Criteria will allow Organizations to Add additional enrollment criteria or adjust, if "All Employees" is not in-use
      • "All Employees" Enrollment Criteria supersedes ALL Enrollment Criteria (Locations, Groups, Individual selections)
    • This will also display the Status, Progress, Assigned Date, Due Date, and Completion Date. 
    • Selecting View will display a window for that individual showing each of the Courses and their progress. A CSV List can be exported from this pop-up.
    • Selecting the Ellipses Button will provide additional options, such as:
      • Send Reminder - Sends a reminder email to the assignee
      • Complete as Proxy - Allows an Officer/Admin to mark this Training Complete on behalf of the Employee, if needed
      • Export Employee Details - Generates a CSV Export of the Employee's Training details
      • Remove - An Assignee can be Removed from the Training - This will remove the Tasks from their Employee Portal, but they will remain listed but with a Status of "Removed" to signify their removal.
  3. Settings - The Settings Tab will allow an Officer/Admin to adjust the Training Duration and Auto-Enrollment Settings, as well as allow them to END the Training
  4. Export - A PDF or CSV Report can be generated via the Export Button
    • The PDF Report is a Summary report of the Training compiled into a formatted PDF that reflects the Overall Summary of the Training. Includes Total # of Courses, Enrollments, and Completion Statistics. The Summary also identifies the Enrollees and their status at the time the report was run. 
    • The CSV Report is an Employee Detail report. This provides a general quick-report reflecting each Enrollee, their Assigned Courses, and their Completion, Assigned, and Due Dates.

  5. Options - Provides Options to Edit, Manage, and End the Training - These options are also available in the Tile-View under the main Training "Dashboard"
