In the event that Users are unable to complete registration email after being added to the Guard, Administrators or Officers can force register the users account.
To Force Register a User follow these steps:
- Navigate to the People Module
- Locate the User in Awaiting Registration Status that needs to be Activated, select the User to open their details
- Change the Status radio button to Active
- Enter the User's First Name, Last Name, and create a Temporary Password
- Scroll down and select Save
A User not receiving emails would likely be due to email filters or spam blocking. If there are Users not receiving emails from The Guard in their Inbox, or Spam/Junk folders, please contact
