(Legacy) Force Registering Users

In the event that Users are unable to complete registration email after being added to the Guard, Administrators or Officers can force register the users account.

To Force Register a User follow these steps:


  1. Navigate to the People Module
  2. Locate the User in Awaiting Registration Status that needs to be Activated, select the User to open their details
  3. Change the Status radio button to Active
  4. Enter the User's First Name, Last Name, and create a Temporary Password
  5. Scroll down and select Save


A User not receiving emails would likely be due to email filters or spam blocking. If there are Users not receiving emails from The Guard in their Inbox, or Spam/Junk folders, please contact
