Single Sign On can be enabled on an Organizations Guard Account by a member of Compliancy Groups Support Team.
Compliancy Group only currently supports AzureAD for our SSO Service. If your Organization has AzureAD / M365 configured appropriately, then we can enable this service in The Guard.
Once enabled, Officers and Admins have the ability to pick and choose the Employees you would like to enable this for from their Profile screen by navigating to People on the left navigation panel and pulling up the Users Profile
If you would like all users to have SSO enabled for them in The Guard, and have more than 15 employees, please send an email to [email protected] requesting that we enable this for all employees and we can assist on our end in bulk.
When adding New Users that need SSO, please use the blue Add User Button in the People Manager. Bulk Upload will require a User to Register first, then an Officer/Admin can enable SSO, rather than all at once from the Add User form.
