Dashboard—This is your guide through the process. It shows completed or incomplete recommended tasks for any unmet or partially met controls. Training progress and upcoming or overdue items that require your attention will also be displayed here.


Policies & Procedures—This provides powerful yet simple policy creation and organization-wide dissemination. Here, you can view our library of Policies and procedures and the progress of any drafting, adopting, or attestation of policies that your organization chooses to utilize.


ProgramsYour one-stop shop for scalable, efficient, and effective project organization and initiative management across your healthcare compliance programs. This is where your organization can identify if you are meeting, not meeting, or partially meeting Controls for the Programs, and where you will get Task recommendations to remediate.


Standards—Offers seamless alignment with healthcare regulatory requirements and industry best practices while allowing you to implement and refine your organization's security and risk management strategies to supercharge your compliance readiness. Your progress towards meeting the requirements of regulatory standards and frameworks, such as HIPAA, OSHA, and SOC 2,  are tracked here.


People—This module allows your organization to add employees to The Guard. Employees can be added in bulk or individually.



Assets—Used for inventory management where you can list and track the organization's devices, cloud assets, and applications within your environment. 



DocumentsOur repository for all templates and documentation materials.



Training—This module is used when the Organization wants to assign Training documentation to its People added to The Guard.



Vendors—This module allows an organization to identify its Vendors, store needed agreement documentation, and determine whether a Vendor has been approved/declined by the organization.



Reports—The Reports can be used to generate reports on content in other modules. All Reports can be exported in PDF or CSV format.



Incidents—This module allows an organization to manage the Incident Reporting/Response requirements from within The Guard. It also allows Users and other roles to report incidents at any time. 



Admin —This module allows an organization to manage the organizational structure within The Guard. Organization team members may add additional team members and locations and have access to an Incident Reporting Portal URL.
