IMPORTANT: The following applies only to some Standard/Premium Courses that use the system shown below. Other Standard/Premium Courses use another SCORM configuration, which is described in the following article: Navigating the new LMS Training Systems - Part 1
Compliancy Group has introduced a number of new Training Courses in the Training Module. Many of these courses use systems that require input at different points in time to progress. Please see the guidance below for information on how to navigate these systems.
Seen below is an example of a Standard Course included for all Customers:
PsySec Essentials
Opening this training course for the first time will display the screen shown above. This page will also provide a brief description of the Training and the different steps that are part of the course (if multiple steps/lessons exist).
Selecting Start Course will begin the Training course:
Lessons must be completed before the following Lesson is made available. Lessons can be completed simply by scrolling to the bottom of the page and selecting the option for the next lesson; Completing the Content available as part of the lesson; and/or completion of a Quiz/Exam to move forward.
For example, Lesson 2 of the PsySec Essentials Course covers Phishing. This lesson requires that a Video be watched before the rest of the Lesson can be accessed, as shown below:
After selecting Continue, additional details for the Lesson will be provided below, providing interactive content, additional reading, and multiple choice questions that can be answered and provide additional information along the way. Once ready, the next Lesson can be accessed after reaching the end of the current Lesson.
Once all of the Lessons have been completed, the Training Course will automatically reflect completion.
IMPORTANT: Please note, not ALL training courses are multiple lessons, as shown above. Some of these courses may be utilizing a similar system, but may only require 1 or 2 items to complete.
