People 

The People module allows the Organization to add its Employees into The Guard. Employees can be added In Bulk or Individually via the Import / Add Employee options in the top-right corner of the page. 

Import -The Guard will allow for Bulk Upload/Creation of People, if needed:

1. Select Import
2. Select Download Template
3. Fill in the Template and then select Choose Spreadsheet to Upload
4. Confirm and then Finalize

Add Employee - Organization Team Members can Add Employee's individually via the following form:

Creating an Employee here does not require Registration. Employees listed in The Guard can be assigned to specific Locations, Groups, and Types. As an Organization creates users the statistics shown at the top will update in real-time. 

Ensuring that Employees are listed under People will allow the Organization to assign Training and Attestation tasks to these individuals. The Organization may also create Team Members in the Admin module - Team Members are Officers and Admins that Manage The Guard. Please see the Admin Overview KB here: Admin Module Overview

Team Members of the Organization may also open an Employee listed in the People module and review the content that this Employee has addressed:

• Training - Completed / Assigned Training can be identified under this tab
• Attestation - Completed / Assigned Attestation Tasks can be identified here
• Assets - Assets assigned to this individual can be identified here
• Incidents - Incidents that this Employee has reported
• Certificates - Certificates that have been generated from Complete Training

These fields will only populate once an Employee has been assigned to any of these related Tasks. For more information on Training, please see the KB Article here: Training Overview
