Reports

The Reports module can be used to generate reports on content in other modules. All Reports can be exported in PDF or CSV format. The Guard can compile reports for the following:

  • Vendor Report – Compiles a report of listed Vendors and current status. This will display if a Vendor has an Approved/Declined/Under Review status as well as whether or not the Vendor has a Business Associate Agreement uploaded.

  • Training and Attestation Report – Compiles a report, based on the provided parameter dropdowns, which includes all Training tasks. This is a full history/integrity report. The Organization can choose to include ALL Users (Inactive + Active), as well as identify whether to include all tasks that are Complete/Incomplete/Both Statuses.

  • Incident Summary – Compiles a report related to any Incidents that have been created and their status

  • Cloud and Application Audit Summary – Compiles a report of the Applications Assets in the Assets Module

  • Device Inventory Audit Summary – Compiles a report of the Device Assets in the Assets Module

Downloading a Report

After filling in the form above and requesting a Report, the Guard will compile this report automatically. Reports have 4 applicable Statuses:

  • New - This Report is pending compilation and the Status will update when The Guard is processing it
  • Processing - The Report is processing and will be complete soon
  • Empty - The Guard attempted to compile the report based on the identified parameters and there was no data pulled into the Report - Consider checking the parameters set on the Report and create a new one
  • Ready - The Report can now be downloaded. Download options are Download PDF / Download CSV - The Guard does not currently offer any additional Formats for Download.

Quick CSV Exports - Applicable to ALL Modules in The Guard with a Table

The Guard also offers “Quick Reporting” on different tables across all modules. When viewing tables that list data (Training > Assignments, Programs > Remediations/Open Tasks, Assets > Open Tasks, etc) an Officer/Admin can checkmark individual tasks, then select Choose Action > Export Selected. This option creates a raw report of the selected items as they appear on the table in CSV format. This ONLY represents the data on the Table, nothing else.

For example, if an Organization navigates to Training > Assignments and checks off several tasks, then selects Choose Action > Export Selected, this will create a CSV containing all of the training tasks that were checked and the data that was represented on the table. If, instead, the Organization navigates to Training > Trainings and completes the same steps, a CSV report of the Training that has been assigned is what is exported NOT the Training Assignments
