Exporting Reports

Exporting Reports from Each Module

Each module within the platform provides built-in export options to help you easily download and review associated data. Follow the steps below to locate and use export features across various modules.

Programs and Assessments

To export a Snapshot Report for a program:

1. Navigate to the Programs module.

2. Select the desired program from the list.

3. Click the Options dropdown in the upper-right corner.

4. Select Snapshot Report to download a CSV file of the program

Policies

To export policy-related reports:

1. Go to the Policies module.

2. Click the Export button in the upper-right corner.

3. Choose from the following export options:

   • List of Active Policies

   • Attestation Records for a specific policy

   • All Attestations Report (includes data across all policies and versions)

Training

To export training records:

1. Navigate to the Training module.

2. Click the Export button in the upper-right corner.

3. Select one of the following:

   • Individual Training Reports - available in CSV and PDF format

   • All Employee Details Report ( CSV file that includes records for all active trainings)

Training reports can also be downloaded from within each individual training by opening the desired training and using the exports options on the upper right hand side.

Vendors, Applications, and Assets

To export data from these modules:

1. Navigate to the Vendors, Applications, or Assets module.

2. Click the Export button in the upper-right corner.

3. The export will include relevant records from the selected module in CSV or PDF format.
